At the end of the day I didn’t get any new information she just told me how much I owe and what my monthly payments are with my creditors. Thank you I knew that already. I asked what exactly do they do because again- I know my payments and all and that’s not the problem. She preceded to tell me that some creditors won’t work with customers and that’s when they come in. Which is inaccurate at least in my case (and anybody I’ve ever heard of) because creditors offer all

CCCSMD did not get off to a good start with me. I made an appointment the week before for the next Friday at 3:30 in the afternoon. When it came to the day and time of the appointment, I received no call or email to let me know that she would be late calling me. I finally called when I didn't receive a call after almost 40 minutes after my appointment time. When I called to reschedule; the woman who answered the phone stated that she was "just about to call me" because the initial counselor's last appointment ran over and she thought my appointment was at 4:00 pm instead of 3:30 pm. I called CCCSMD
