I was looking for a specific vehicle that was very difficult to find. I found one at Coad Toyota Paducah. BZ Duwe called me right away and explained the situation. The vehicle came available and I told him I wanted it. I trusted him enough to travel 10 hours to purchase this vehicle and they treated me like family. I am extremely disappointed in Coad Toyota because they are discontinuing the lifetime oil changes for the customers who bought under Mike Smith Toyota. I wish they would've thought of these customers before they made this decision. I don't wish to do business with a company like that. I would caution you when you buy from a business like this are they trustworthy. You decide

Never had an easier experience buying a vehicle. They had all the paperwork ready when I got there. No one was pushy or overbearing. Answered every question I had. Took about 15 minutes. They even arranged for the vehicle to get the ceramic coat and PPF before I even picked it up. Excited about my first Toyota!!!
