First time coming here and it was the best experience. The young ladies was so helpful and showed great customer service. The arrangement that was put together for my mom birthday is priceless she was very detailed and it was done with care. My mom was so excited with her flowers. I will shop here again.

I must say that the women in this shop have truly touched my heart and they have earned my business for future purchases. My heart has been real heavy lately. The untimely death of a loved one mixed with a depressing birthday had me in my feelings. Arlington Flower Shop went above and beyond what was expected and literally brought me to tears. I ordered a spray of flowers for my son’s Memorial service scheduled for 2:00pn on 10/23/2021 and asked that they be delivered to the Church by closing time Friday 10/22/2021.The church is closed on Saturday and no one would be there to receive the order Saturday Morning. I cleared this with the office staff including the office manager and our Minister. Well the flowers didn’t arrive Friday as expected so I called FTD and found out that the Florist changed the delivery date to Saturday morning. She claimed that she talked with someone at the church and the date change was ok. I immediately

I had recently ordered a Sympathy Dish Garden to be sent to a family member. When ordering, I spoke with Pam and gave her all of the specifics; large, ceramic, very nice something that the family member could keep in remembrance of their love one. I even told Pam that price was not an issue! Needless to say I was at my relatives house within a couple of days and I saw the plant and I was highly disappointed to say the least. Every time I've gotten my wife flowers from here she absolutely love them and said they were the best. Enough said! Happy wife happy life. Amazing how some extremely beautiful flowers can get you out of a hot mess with your wife. This is my go-to place for flowers. Always nice and helpful people with great prices. Friendly, good prices, and great selection. I wanted a customized arrangement. They bent over backwards with thoughts, suggestions, and overall help to make something nice for my wife who loves fantasy scenes but not so much bouquets and such. I would highly recommend Arlington Flower Shop. I use them every time I want to send flowers and they never disappoint. I usually just call, tell them price point and the style I'm looking for + they take care of the rest. So easy. They are helpful, grateful for the business + locally owned.
