We provide basic payroll services as a convenience for our small business tax and accounting clients in Utah who prefer to have everything done in one place, and only employ themselves and/or a small number of employees. Please note: If you provide insurance or other benefits to your employees we recommend using a major payroll service.
Sign Engagement Letter & Complete Tax Organizer - We'll send these through our Client Portal. Driver's Licenses - Please include a picture of your current driver's license or we can scan it at the office. Prior Year Tax Return (New Clients) - If you are new to Dow Tax, please include a copy of your prior-year tax return.

I would give this company a full 10 stars if I could. Not only were they very fast and responsive with getting everything that they needed for me, they were also very patient when I had neglected to get the documents that I needed to. There was one year the IRS sent me a big bill and said we didn't report some income and in a panic I almost paid it but called Eric first. He wrote a letter to explain to them where it was reported and they said nevermind. Had I not called Eric, I would have been out 5k.

We use Dow for our personal and business needs. I love that they stay up on training and knowledge of the current laws and know the best way to serve. Every person in the office (total of only 4 so they are get to know you!) is happy and helpful. I love how they work things out in the best way possible.
