Me and Ram got service from this company two times and each time we contacted this company we asked for Mr. Bruce, the house inspector. Mr. Bruce was a very well experienced professional that was always knowledgeable, fair and honest about the condition of the house. He saved me from buying a bad condition house that was infested with terminates, which was almost impossible to find. I cannot imagine any other person that could demonstrate such an excellent performance while inspecting a house. Also, his price is super reasonable and is a good investment for any buyer. I have recommended this company
