We are centrally located in Pendleton at 502 SW Emigrant Street and offer luncheon specials everyday as well as American Menu. I took my wife here and we had dinner and there was so much food left over we ate lunch and dinner the next day at the house! Very good Chinese food and friendly atmosphere.
We had kung pao chicken, the special lo mein, crab puffs, and chicken fried rice. Everything tasted wonderful! Very pleased. We ordered it as take out; the actually environment of the restaurant was a little odd, and very small. But overall, very good. I think we found our go to Chinese place in Pendleton!

The absolute worst service I have had in a long time.
I arrived at 5:30 and placed a to go order. After 30 minutes, I tried to get the attention of the lady who took my order to ask how much longer it would be and she would not even make eye contact with me. Completely ignored me. In the 45 minutes I was there waiting there were about 10 Door Dash drivers coming to pick up their food and there were two walk in customers that arrived at the same time I did. They got their meal in about 20 minutes.
It is apparent to me that they care more about the door dash orders then the person standing

Absolutely horrendous! Don't fall for the phony reviews. First sweet and sour chicken I've ever had made with breaded chicken fingers and a drizzle of red sauce (see yelp pics for proof). Was missing pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and carrots. The egg foo young was a slab of compressed quiche patty with a weird tasting brown gravy slopped over. Fried rice tasted dry and flavorless (couldn't eat more than a couple of fork fulls-even soaked in soy sauce. Dirty dining doesn't even begin to describe the food pieces stuck on the forks we were handed. You've been warned.

These guys just came through for me on Fathers Day.
My dad lives in a tiny little town out in the middle of nowhere, Pilot Rock. You could sneeze while driving through it and miss it.
While researching I was unable to find a business that was either open or willing to deliver in Pilot Rock, and there wasn't much to choose from to begin with. So, I started searching in Pendleton, another small town 20-30 minutes away. Same story, not much to choose from and most places are not open and most unwilling to deliver in Pilot Rock. I always order the same thing Kung Pao Chicken very spicy. First time it was great. Second time not so much, third they didnt seen to recognize me. Won Ton Soup about $8.95 is a meal in itself and consistent. Great pot stickers and an unrecogizable egg roll. Good portions I like the way they cook vegetables. Consistenty inconsistent.

Influenced by the 5 star reviews but both my wife and I were disappointed. If you are looking for high quality, authentic Chinese food, this is not the place. Portions were huge. One plate was way too much for one person. But, we would prefer quality over quantity. Server was very friendly. We will not come back.

We ordered this for delivery to the Red Lion. It took about 45 minutes. The food was piping hot. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was amazing. The Hot and Sour soup was good. The Mongolian Beef was very tasty, but spicy. The Chicken Vegetable Noodle was gross. Completely flavorless. No seasoning. I was unimpressed with the fried noodles. Again, no seasoning or sauce. They were also very thin. Noodles are usually my favorite part, so I was pretty disappointed that I didn't like them. I don't normally like fried rice, but I loved theirs. My daughter and husband, who normally love fried rice,
