Mary Thweatt, owner of Edible Bay Catering and Personal Chef Services, has been cooking for over 40 years. Coming from a long line of remarkable southern cooks, Mary at the young age of 10 years old developed a passion for culinary excellence. She cultivated her skills at the Culinary Institute of America and Gulf Coast State College taking courses in gourmet cooking, baking, and nutrition.
