Would not recommend Plains Memorial Hospital especially after the rent a doc they get said nothing was wrong with my daughter after being sent over from the clinic. Thank goodness the Nurse practitioner at the clinic double checked her and recommend we go to plainview after being DISCHARGED from the dimmitt er!! My 3 month old is ended up being admitted for almost a week after the doctor and the nurses told me nothing was wrong with her!! Will not recommend this ER!

Definitely one of the most unorganized hospitals I've ever been to, couldn't even send a copy of my daughter's negative COVID test home after the whole reason for the visit was that the school sent her home for a cough, can anyone say NEGLIGENT? That's not even the first problem, when I went for a separate instance I fully paid my bill at the front desk upon leaving and a couple months after these people send me a bill for non-payment. I've delt with my share of hospitals in major metropolitan areas and this is the first time I've had such ignorance upon multiple visits. Get it together.
