I went to SEVERAL carpet places in Corpus and could not find any customer service. It was awful. But walking into CRT was great. Jennifer jumped up and greeted us and then continued helping us decide on the carpet we wanted. She also showed up on time to our measuring appointment and was great at communicating with us about any changes in scheduling. I will recommend CRT to any of my friends that ask about flooring. The install went well also. We are very pleased!

Paige was our account representative at CRT Flooring in Corpus Christi. She was professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process of installing new tile in our condominium located in Port Aransas. My wife and I could not be present during any of this work and we relied entirely on Paige to be our eyes and ears while ordering our product, scheduling our installation in a timely manner, and also working within the contractor requirements established by the management of our condo association. Our new tile looks wonderful and we highly recommend Paige and CRT Flooring to anyone

I received horrible customer service from CRT Flooring. One of the sales people insulted his associate in front of me and said "she doesn't know what she's doing". He completely degraded her in front of me and it was extremely unprofessional. Also, I never received a call with information on installation. I had to call them back at least 5 times and then finally somebody called me back. I left messages with Travis the manager that also went un-returned. I was not happy at all with my experience.

We wanted to replace the carpet in our new house and used CRT flooring
services. Keith Knodel was our sales agent. Keith was patient,
knowledgeable, and is a pro in this business. Because of him we got a
great deal as well as a quick replacement. Let me elaborate:
1. CRT price beat the price by Lowe's, Home Dept, and highly rated
Atlas Flooring, and Abbey Flooring by at least 75 cents per square
foot. For a 1000 square foot size carpet (a lower-side estimate), the
savings are $750!
2. Other competitors will charge you extra for carpet removal,
padding, stairs, labor (or some combination

I was amazed at how condescending Paula the sales woman was. She has never been to our home but she had comment after comment how awful our home was and how we should redo all our floors.
She also let us know several times how "hopelessly out of date" our home is. Those were her words. She also was proud of how many times she said it, at one point she smiled and said that is the fourth time I've told you this.
The man who came out to measure out floors measured incorrectly.
We went to CRT because of the Costco Kiosk. I think Costco would be appalled, they have such high standards
