We have a diverse staff of Physical Therapists that provide a high level of treatment using the most current concepts, and a team-approach to addressing complex problems. Our Occupational Therapists are all Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) with extensive training in evaluation and treatment of the upper extremity, from common problems such as tendonitis and arthritis, to traumatic injury and post-surgical care.
Our goal is to keep up with current research and techniques to provide the best care possible to all of our patients, allowing for a prompt return to all levels of function from daily life and work, to competitive sports. We take pride in our ability to listen to each patient as a person, and not just an injury.

Physical Therapy is the treatment of musculo-skeletal disorders (bone, muscle, and joint) through the use of hands-on methods such as joint mobilization, manual postural cueing, and soft tissue mobilization. This is used in conjunction with "physical agents" including heat, ultrasound, electric stimulation, and a myriad of available treatments for the improvement of soft tissue mobility and joint flexibility.
Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs) are Occupational or Physical Therapists who, through advanced hand therapy training, specialize in the rehabilitation of patients with conditions affecting the hands and upper extremities. They have a high degree of specialization that requires advanced certification and extensive continuing education and training.
Dry Needling is a treatment procedure that involves the use of a filament needle into the muscle or area of the body which produces pain. There is no injectable solution or medication involved, and the needle which is used is very thin. We utilize this technique for a combination of reasons including trigger point release and stimulating your body's own anti-inflammatory and pain relieving mechanisms.
