At Miller's, we've called Indiana "home" for more than 50 years. Our 100% employee-owned company is made up of a network of owners who, like you, are deeply rooted in the places they call "home"-small and large communities across the State, where they live, work and play just like you do. We're your neighbors.
More than 50 years ago, Wallace Miller and his wife, Connie, a nurse, wanted to provide compassionate, quality health care for the aging. This dream became a reality in 1964 when they bought the County Home and opened the first Miller's Merry Manor just outside of Warsaw's city limits.
That historic building still operates as our corporate headquarters, and is a daily reminder of our roots -the values and mission our company was founded on that continue to this present time.Over the years, the company has grown strategically and geographically, extending far beyond north central Indiana.

Miller's is the only place I would go for my rehab. They helped me once before to get back on my feet so when I needed them again for therapy I came back. The nursing staff and therapists are very helpful and caring! Miller's Merry Manor is the best place to go for therapy! A little over a year ago I came to Miller's for therapy, my condition prompted my family and I to choose Miller's as my permanent residence.
After over 30 years as a family-owned business, the Miller family recognized the dedication and support the employees had given that had helped to grow their company in number and in reputation. Consequently in 2006, the Board of Directors decided to form an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making the company 100% employee-owned and allowing employees to become beneficial owners of the business operations of the company.
Often following an illness or injury, a person may need a little extra time and help before they return to all of their familiar activities. That's where your local Rehab Center at Miller's can help. The interdisciplinary team at Miller's provides a comprehensive rehabilitation program that is tailored to each patient's specific needs.

Very unprofessional staff and management!!! Patients not getting fed adequately and also going for hours without being changed!!!!! Staff is rude and that’s if they have any available for they are severely short staffed!!! I would not send any of my loved ones here for long term care or rehab as a nurse I wouldn’t step foot in this disastrous building!!!!

My mother resided in this facility from september till early January. She contracted covid due to a staff member bringing it in to the facility and infecting residents. Sadly my mother passed away January 16 having never recovered from the virus. Not a single administrator reached out to my father to offer condolences but you can be assured that the Bill's arrived without a problem.and trying to retrieve her belongings was like pulling teeth. After 3 phone calls arrangements were made for pickup and yet my sister still had to sit in the parking lot for 25 minutes before the belongings were brought

My mother is there now for rehab. I called yesterday to check on her and talk to her caregiver. No callback. I call today and ask for Lexi, I wait on hold for 5 min. I callback no one answers. I call a few more times and by this time I am upset and tell the lady that answered that I had been trying to reach someone about my mother since yesterday. Instead of her asking me questions to get to the root if the issue she becomes defensive and tells me how many patients she has and states that today is the first day she has ever taken care of my mother. I'm surprised that it was my mom's nurse that

Poorly staffed facility. Our mother contracted COVID in March 2020 and the staff tried to hide it from us. She passed away from it. We have had a credit balance of just under $2,000 with them since March and they refuse to give us back our money. We are suing them to get our money back. There is no insurance money due to them. Nothing ..Zip. The upstairs long term facility is dirty, old, and looks like an institution. Dark and depressing and smells like a urinal. The residents wait for hours for their meals and there is only 1 person fixing trays.

I have had many family member and friends at Millers and I will say that there have been many rocky moments but you will get that everywhere you go. The staff is there to do their jobs. They interact with the families on a professional level. They do not get personal because that is not their job. They interact with the residents and family member well. They laugh and joke with them to make them feel comfortable. They do their best to make sure all residents needs are accommodated.
Like I said, they have had their moments and I am a familiar face in the building. I am greeted every time I walk

The worst unprofessional facility in the city and world. Staff are unprofessional and rude at all times. Known for giving incorrect instructions for new aids causing severe damage to most patients. If you want your family to live I advice you not to send them to this facility. They received zero rating from me

The staff doesn't care or do their job properly. My grandma had a hip replacement and it had some leakage that should have stopped in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later and its still leaking. They never expressed concern with family or her doctors now she has a severe infection and has to go threw surgery all over again. They don't get the patients drinks like they ask for, also when we went to remove her items a lady asked my Husband if he was dave and when he responded with no she said oh i was going to give you a person. It is apparent they need shut down or to go threw the proper training.
