The Emergency Hotline is for use after normal business hours (M-F from 8-4) when you are stuck inside or outside of your garage and cannot wait for repair. Please do not leave non-emergency calls on this line! Call (559)-323-6350 and leave a message and one of our friendly office staff will get back to you during normal business hours.

Our garage door spring broke on the Wednesday before thanksgiving. I called at 1:00 and left a message. The voice mail said nothing about being closed. I tried calling again around 3:30. Still no answer and nothing indicating they were closed. By Friday afternoon, there was still no returned phone call so I called another company and they came out within a couple of hours and fixed the garage door. Finally on Monday someone from Phillips returned my call. Too late. I understand being closed for a holiday, but at least update your answering machine if you're going to be closed for 5 days

Family owned business Mike started in 1987 and he is very personable! He asked for photos and thought it wouldnt take 200$ to fix it.....came over to fix the door 30 minutes later it was in working order.
When he saw the damage he knew it was fixable and preceded to fix it. Watching him work was like watching an artist work his magic.
End result 200 $ fixed the door to working order and when it comes time to replace it he will be the business i call to do that replacement!

Our garage door torsion spring broke on a Thursday night, stranding our car in the garage. I called an independent contractor who promised to be out Friday early afternoon, but did not show hours after the time they said they would. They then promised to come early Saturday, but again did not show more than 4 hours after their promised arrival. We had to borrow my in-laws' car to get to appointments and events on our schedule. PGD will now be my go to garage door service. After having a terrible experience with another company, I contacted PGD via Yelp. The representatives worked with me well into the late evening to schedule a next day appointment. Technician, Manuel, arrived early in my appointment window. He was extremely friendly and professional. He quickly repaired the spring on my garage door and lubed all of the hinges and rails. Reasonable prices and professional service...what else is there to ask for? Thank you Manuel and PGD!

First, they were the only garage door service that answered their phone on my first attempt to reach them. Big plus in my book. The receptionist/ front office clerk was extremely friendly and explained that an initial service call fee would be applied to the total repair cost if the repair cost exceeded the service call fee. No hidden fees and straightforward business practices--a cumulative second big plus in my opinion. They were able to accommodate my request for ASAP sevice and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The repair technician was on time and able to repair the broken garage
