Bill and his staff did a great job as always, especially with coaxing a 3 year old through her dental exam! Bill and staff did exceptionally well with Rowan who usually hates anyone getting near his teeth. Rowan even let them brush and look at his teeth. I was shocked. Very impressed by Dr. Bill's magic. Even though we accept your insurance provider, we may not be in-network with your individual plan! As a complimentary service, we will happily look up your individual plan and let you know.

Dr. Bill has four children of his own, so he knows how important it is to find the right pediatric dentist for your own kids. Did you also know that Dr. Bill Nichols is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist? The official term is "Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, " but that's a real tongue twister, so we'll stick with "Board Certified!"

It's always a pleasure to visit Dr. Bill's office. They are welcoming, efficient and the office is clean. Dr.Bill and his staff are all excellent with children and explain what they are doing before doing it- which my daughter really appreciates. There are so many fun things to see at this office the kids don't really even notice their teeth are being cleaned!

First time to visit as new residents and my two year old and one year old left with shiny smiles, as did mom!! The staff greeted us at the door and offered to help, walked right back to the chair and the whole experience with two toddlers took less then 30 minutes. It was truly a pleasure to take the two kids and meet Dr.Nichols and staff. We will definitely be longtime clients!

Dr. Bill and the team are wonderful! They welcome you in, treat the children so good and do a very thorough job. They have adapted and implemented safe protocols during COVID. My children always look forward to their appointments are always super excited to receive a birthday card in the mail, each year on their birthday. Very thoughtful. Thank you all for running a world class operation.
