As a survivor of domestic violence, I know all too well the feeling of being helpless. I watched as my mother was repeatedly admitted to the E.R. for over 9 years. Every time she would return home, I would notice that a little more of life faded from her eyes. I cried out to God, what could possibly be the purpose for all this!?
I too would experience the same brutality at the age of 12, when I was beaten unconscious for playing with a deck of cards. Benefits of our classes are for those who struggle with self-esteem depression, anxiety, or even PTSD. Our program is not dependent on size, strength or special physical ability.

Services
We welcome you to join us for a workshop, or you are welcome to get a group together and book one of your own. Contact us with any questions you may have or to book an workshop with us. A suggested donation of $25 per attendee, or $ 100 a hour, however if you can't afford this we have scholarships are available.
Born and raised in the town of Parker since 1985. Being a part of this community my entire life I have seen many changes and much growth over the years. I believe in our cause, and what you are teaching. I believe that being a part of sport teaches one discipline, self-confidence, independence, and self-worth.

Parker Self Defense is a wonderful place to learn martial arts. Gene is a very knowledgeable and fun instructor. Black belt Ben and Chris are also very informative. My son (12) my brother in law and myself enjoy the Tuesday and Thursday classes. They do a great job of mixing up the many strikes, throws and general self defense you can learn there. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

The Parker Self Defense team goes above and beyond!
I'm one of those who has always wanted to take martial arts and self defense classes, but had no idea where to start. There are so many options out there, and of course every instructor will tell you that They are the best one...I was referred to Parker Self Defense by a friend, and all it took was one class to get me hooked.
They have three black belt instructors, which is great for providing different teaching styles. They all do an amazing job on tailoring the self defense techniques to each student, since not every student is the same. Every
