Goldsboro Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Ken D. Keesee, DPT and Greg Warren, formerly of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Goldsboro Physical Therapy is a private outpatient facility located in Goldsboro, North Carolina across from Wayne UNC Health Care Hospital. It was founded in 1985 by Harry L. Moore, PT and Tony L. Williams, PT.

When you first walk into the Goldsboro Physical Therapy Clinic, a friendly and knowledgeable staff will greet you. After completing your paperwork, you will have a private examination with one of our Licensed Physical Therapist's. During the examination we will identify your problems, impairments, neurological and/or musculoskeletal conditions.
Dry needling uses small filament type needles to stimulate a healing response in myofascial trigger points (known as painful knots in muscles), tendons, ligaments, or near nerves and reduce pain and dysfunction. Our bodies can develop areas of hypersensitivity and tightness in response to various stresses i.e. postural, repetitive movements, psychological, emotional etc.

They are so pleasant and caring even the young lady at the reception desk is amazing!!!! I highly recommend Goldsboro Physical Therapy!!! If weren't for my. insurance, I would still be going. I hope to get back soon because the treatment was really making a difference in my ability to manage my pain and physical activities.

I have been going to physical therapy at Goldsboro Physical Therapy for weeks now. I had knee replacement and they have been working with me on flexion. I went in o. A walker and now I am on a walking cane part time! It is not easy , but Tony Williams is dedicated to getting me to where I need to be!

I like going there. There is very little wait time until you're called back. Check-in is quick. Checkout is quick also. I would have given them a 5 star but it took me quite a while to get my first appointment for an evaluation and then I felt like my appointments were spaced out a little bit too far to really be of top benefit to me since I was in pain, but that was not my decision to make. There are quite a few Physical Therapists and the Physical Therapy Assistants are stretched a little thin working for all of them but they are very efficient and pleasant. They have the different modalities

Tony Williams and his Team has serviced my family for over 35 years. Tony spent endless hours with my Father due to his crippling arthritis. He had special shoes made for my Father at no cost to him. This was so he could walk and not get his feet soiled or wet when it rained. My Father could not wear normal shoes due to the crippling effects of the arthritis. Goldsboro Physical Therapy helped my wife recover from a broken shoulder. Today she has her full mobility. My son was a baseball pitcher from youth baseball all the way through to the end of college. Tony followed my son with special preventive
