It was a one of a kind experience absolutely, it was first class from the staff to the therapists . Pinnacle peak has not only got me sober but sent me home with so much armor and coping skills that it could only be my fault if I went back to my old life , also the sober living houses are exceptional! Thanks pinnacle peak

Pinnacle peak is a wonderful place to go. The staff are supportive and caring, some of the most amazing and influential people I’ve ever met. They are well educated and actually know what they’re doing. Most places just preach sobriety, everyone here is fully emerged and will help you every step of the way. I’m truly blessed to have had the opportunity to grow here. It changed and saved my life. A++++

My name is Jackie and I went to PPR from 12/18-7/19. Pinnacle Peak Recovery truly saved my life. I did a total of just under 7 months. I did the first 3 months in the residential inpatient rehab then did just under 4 months in the outpatient IOP while living at Stepping Stones sober living. Since 2011 I’ve battled many life threatening medical illnesses that have left me legally blind, in chronic pain, over 35 hospitalizations, over 30 surgeries and a list of lifelong illnesses that will only get worse. I became heavily addicted to my painkillers 2 years after getting sick and I couldn’t stop

I had a life changing experience through Pinnacle Peak. The professionalism was/is top notch. They way the program is set up is designed to allow you to not only rid yourself of the horrors of addiction, but to fundamentally understand the why. I would not recommend PPR if you have a “go through the motions” approach. A sense of willingness and embracement are key factors to recovery. They saved my life and I will be eternally grateful.
If you have a problem, and know it - get there.

PPR has some very desirable qualities that I'll forever be grateful for. Unfortunately to keep balance anytime something has incredibly amazing properties it also comes with extremely awful qualities. I'll start w/the positive; thanks to my mom, my attorney, ppr, & the deep pockets of my health insurance policy Pinnacle jumped through frustrating hoops of the legal/jail system & arranged for my release. Then drove all the way to Yuma AZ to pick me up. I will forever be eternally grateful to them for this. The woman who picked me up, Stella, was amazing. After being treated horribly for so long

Overall I had a great experience at pinnacle, the majority of staff went above and beyond for me and were very invested in our recovery. The therapists were all highly educated, licensed and phenomenal at what they did. My house managers Mario, Brent, and chad were also great and always went out of there way to make sure clients were taken care of. I would recommend anyone that can afford it, to go there over anywhere else in Arizona.

I was here several times over the course of 2020. I will start by saying that their staff for the most part truly does seem to care a lot. However somewhere internally, this place is broken. Let me begin with my admissions process. I was told by Todd (a man in Kentucky) who is in charge of admission that I could move on on a set day, that I could use my phone to talk to family. I specifically asked for this and was promised it. Upon walking in the door I was told this would not happen for 2 weeks, that I could not use a phone or speak to anyone for a 1 week. This place, like many others in the

I toured a few drug rehab's in Arizona and was really hesitant on going to treatment. When I called Pinnacle Peak Recovery I spoke with Danielle who made me feel very comfortable. She was informative and helpful. I first went to their inpatient residential program in Scottsdale, which is in a very comfortable upscale home on horse property. Their therapists and staff are professional and it's obvious they really cared. They tailored a program that met my needs to set me up for success. After residential treatment I transitioned to their day program and stayed in sober living. This program saved

Pinnacle Peak Recovery absolutely changed my life. This was my first treatment so I was absolutely terrified and overwgelove. Stella, in admissions, was so kind and understanding being as I was very overwhelmed upon arrival there. The staff are all so amazing. They legitimately care about each and every client on an individual level. You can honestly tell that they love their jobs and aren't just there to collect a paycheck. All of the house managers have the experience needed to truly do their jobs to the best of their ability. These kinds of situations are really hard, especially for someone
