Living out of state made managing my two rental properties difficult. Julie saw me through the process of selling both properties. She helped me determine what improvements would get the best possible asking price and was honest with me when there were challenges. When they were ready for sale she did an awesome job of staging them and making them look fantastic, and she worked incredibly hard to get buyers lined up. She was always organized, knowledgeable and communicative. It really helped overcome the difficulty of long-distance and I don't know what I would have done without her!
