I contacted the office and setup a new patient appointment for cleaning and x-rays. I show up before my appointment and start filling out the new patient forms. One of the forms is an agreement that requires me, the patient, to never make any comments online, write any reviews, blog, etc and gives my intellectual property to dentist office relating to any comments I make. I ask the office workers if this form is required. They said yes so I refused their service. I am now writing a review about the practice. I refuse to do business with a service provider who wants to silence any public discussions
