Bella Weddings provides Wedding Planning AND Wedding Production. This includes Initial consultation, subsequent meetings as needed, unlimited phone calls and emails, budget analysis, timeline scheduling, and recommendations for all service providers such as florist, cake bakers, caterers, and dj's.

Services
Adding a special touch like first dances on the beach, canvas painting, speeches, champagne toasts or wine box ceremony is NO EXTRA charge. We love new ways to make your day unique! A GENERAL cost to decorate a reception area for up to 50 people is $2495 Please add $5 per chair for over 60 chairs and $120 per table. If we are doing only your reception and NOT your wedding, photography is NOT included. It is an additional $600.
The reception fee includes chair covers, sashes, tablecloths, and table runners for up to 60 chairs and 7 tables that are provided by your venue, PLUS use of ANY of the listed in stock decorations will be available for your reception!This includes candles, customized table arrangements, and special requests.

Yes! Keep in mind there are always service charges and gratuity added to catering bills, but you can get a lot of food and drinks for $3000. There are plenty of venues that will work with that budget. Throw in your bamboo arbor for $2295 and you are right on target! There are condos and hotels along Orange Beach that have reception areas and also allow weddings on the beach.
