Foxgloves & Ivy Floral Design Studio opened it's doors in 1997, in the Virginia Highlands. In the last 20 years of business, we have been very fortunate to have the same customers as we did back then. We are currently in the heart of Little 5 Points, next door to Savage Pizza. Our commitment to our customer has always been to provide the most affordable and distinctive floral designs, plants and botanical inspirations.
We never like to say NO to a customer, often bending over backwards to take care of them. We had 3 store kitties at the St Charles & Memorial Drive locations; Bamboo, Dusty Miller & Violet. SPECIAL NOTE: A direct benefit to our customers, both old and new - F&I will not purchase flowers, plants or other products that contain pesticides or other harmful chemicals.

I hardly ever write reviews but I feel compelled to do so for Foxgloves and Ivy. A friend referred their services and thought I give them an opportunity for my partner's birthday. I was stressed with work and making birthday arrangements.
I spoke to the owner who was incredibly friendly professional. He sounded like he really cared about me and my partner's special day. I gave minimal direction (modern and fabulous) and boy, they delivered. The arrangement was stunning. Literally, modern and fabulous.
I love their work so much that I will NEVER use anyone else again. I am also now

Foxglove and Ivy did an amazing job arranging flowers for my wedding. They worked within my budget to give me stunning table arrangements and lush bouquets for me and my wedding party. They were easy to work with, and fun to plan with. Larry was a gem. He added details that I hadn't thought of to add those special layers of attention. I would recommend them to anyone. I should add I planned on a time crunch (two weeks) and gave very little directions (no yellow, I like blue and green, casual) and I was thrilled with the whole display.

Recently I called up need an arrangement for an event that I was hosting on a Saturday afternoon. I figured calling in the day before & getting an arrangement the next day would be no big deal. I was told by the employee that answered the phone that they were no longer open on Sat. due to the economy. Normally picking up an arrangement a day early would not be a big deal, however I was out of town until Sat. AM.
Turning down business because of a "bad" economy sounds silly to me.

My son got married in Highlands, North Carolina in July 2011. The Flowers were outstanding! Everyone commented how spectacular the flowers were, even men who never notice. The flower arrangements Foxgloves and Ivy designed were beyond beautiful! If you need a florist in the Atlanta area or surrounding areas this should be the only florist you consider. They were also so accomdating and a pleasure to work with.

Definitely floral saviors. My boss' grandmother passed away and the funeral was in some random part of GA and all the floral shops in that area had arrangements of baby's breath and carnations, which I do not do especially for a funeral. Looking on YELP I found foxgloves, went on their website and called in for order details. I believe Kim assisted me and was so nice with an excellent southern charm. The delivery arrived early to the funeral home and my boss was very impressed. Thank you foxgloves for making the office look like heroes!

I'm in the office this morning and I heard a knock on my door. I looked through the peep hole and saw the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen! I thought it was for my boss, but when the guy said it was for me...I was shocked.
David had surprised me with flowers for our 5 Year Anniversary!
Wiping the tears from my eyes and being red from embarrassment I took a look at the glass vase I was holding and awed at the beauty of the arrangement. It has at least 12 different flowers and the most interesting green-age added to it. I definitely would love to check out the store as

You know those sad little bouquets with carnations and roses dyed in sickening unnatural colors? Or crinkling hideous floral wrapper?
Well, you won't find that stuff here. No sir. Instead you'll find modern florals and a variety of styles that will work to take to your friend's loft or your Aunt Edna's holiday party. Aside from a collection of the sweet smellin stuff, they also have some uber chic giftable items (think soaps you've seen in a fashion mag or two) and reasonably priced vases to boot.
So go ahead, make that host or even your very own dinner table a little

For Mother's Day I was thinking flowers for my mommy dearest, and wrestled with the idea of just picking some up at Kroger or Publix or going to a real florist. I am glad I chose the latter- I ran into Foxgloves and Ivy. What a bunch of kind, patient people. You would think that after 30 years I would know what kind of flowers my mom likes- oops no. They grabbed an assortment with the speed of a magician and off I went.
Oh and PS...they moved to a new spot off Memorial- lovely new shop

In need of a unique, stunning floral arrangement? Give the friendly folks at Foxgloves & Ivy a call. They'll absolutely come up with the perfect arrangement. Even just a glimpse of their web site makes me long for one of their colorful bouquets or rich-green plants. Next time you're in the Highlands, look for their signature red door and enter a glorious (and nice smelling) world.
