Employs some of the most dishonest and poor quality realtors we've ever dealt with in Wichita, KS. They hide behind the letter of the law instead of the intent and don't follow through on their word.
Horrible experience, especially in the fast paced nature of today's market.

I realize that Berkshire is a large organization so I'm listing the specific parties involved in my review below. Regardless, if the behavior of these individuals reflects behavior allowed at the organization in general I would suggest extreme caution to anyone intending on doing

Christy Needles is a pathetic excuse for a real estate agent. My fiancé and I went under contract for a house that Christy was the listing agent for. We went and paid our Ernest money around noon and within a couple hours after everything was signed and under contract Christy informs our realtor that the seller is going with a different buyer and that we no longer got the house. This “realtor” put 2 buyers under contract for the same house!
Beware of using her or dealing with her. She obviously doesn’t know how to do her job.

Laurie Ray is very knowledgeable and very efficient. And she is super easy to work with. She clearly knows a lot about the real estate market and I relied on her expertise and her advice. Ashley Phillips is awesome to work with. It was honestly like a breath of fresh air! It didn't feel like she was saying anything to get us to purchase a house and get commission. She was honest with her thoughts and spot on. She has a weath of knowledge and common sense. I appreciate she really listens to what we want and will only send houses she feels we would be interested in. I've seen her help in every way from cleaning to helping rip out carpet to shopping for fixtures. She really put her heart into it and developing relationships
