Worst service and a rip off. Daniel Figueroa charged me $475 for "so called service " knowing that the unit needed to be replaced. He refused to come back to even check it out. He said the unit was too high on the roof and he would never go back up there again. I did not use the AC for 3 wks after service because it wasn't needed. But when I did it worked just the same as before. He is now ignoring calls and texts. Horrible horrible! He took advantage of a single income household.
