Will's heritage began right here in Carteret County, NC. A native of Down East, he knows this area through and through. He has a working history in the home remodeling and carpentry industries and knows the insides and outs of a home. Will wanted to take the next step in his career and home inspections just made sense.
As your home inspector, we review a home's visible and accessible areas to identify any health and safety problems, the condition of the property and any conditions that need further and possibly specialized attention. An inspection includes structural elements such as the roof, foundation, walls, windows, doors, insulation, basement or crawlspace and attic.
Please note that all homes are different and there are many variables to include in the final price of the home inspection. Below is a list of base prices established on square footage for the home buyer. Prices will vary depending on type of home inspection requested. Military Discount: We are proud supporter of the military and offer a 10% military discount to current and past veterans.

Our home inspections include printed reports and digital photos. Reports are e-mailed directly to you within 1-3 days from the inspection.

110% recommend using Will. He was great to work with and was extremely thorough. He took the time to explain anything we had questions about. PLUS he's a local to the area and knows what kind of issues we deal with living on the coast. If you want to make sure you're making an informed decision on buying a house, use this guy. He's an honest and thorough inspector, and I wouldn't want my friends or family to use anyone else!

Extremely thorough and highly recommended. Will is extremely professional and knowledgeable within his craft. Beyond that he is a great person. He communicated every detail of his findings with my wife and me as well as educating us on the home inspection process. Will Chadwick did an amazing job with our home inspection. He was very thorough, and had excellent attention to detail. We couldn't find many reliable home inspectors in and around Eastern NC, but luckily we found Will! He worked us into his schedule quickly with very short notice. I would highly recommend Heritage Home Inspections. Will Chadwick is personable, easy to talk to, and his customer service is superb. We were on a short time frame and needed a home inspection fast. Will was booked, but managed to squeeze us in promptly. He was extremely informative of the inspection process, explained everything that he was doing, and provided us with a very detailed report. We decided to retract our offer on the home that he inspected, do to the multiple problems that were found, but we will be using Will again in the future!
