I just got my F150 back from collision.
It took more than 6 weeks to complete but the damage was $19,000 so I get it.
Jeremy from collision kept in touch with me and although deadlines weren't met they still made it right.
When I got home with my truck and saw the mess my interior was in Jeremy sent out a courtesy vehicle and picked up my truck for cleaning.
While it was back at the dealership Jeremy & Nathan gave me a great deal on tires and an oil change.....wow!
Jeremy and I agree that a lot of things went wrong, but they were corrected in a timely manner and I am now a very satisfied customer

Varsity Ford made our day. My wife, 3 year old daughter, my dog and myself were stranded at a rest area an hour and a half from home with an overheated car we couldn't drive that needed to be towed. We called everywhere and got the same response "We're booked for a week or two". We called Varsity Ford and spoke with Kyle in the service department and told him our situation and he said they should be able to look at it today but they're extremely busy as well. I made a service appointment 3 weeks in advance for my wife's vehicle. When making the appointment the lady said that the vehicle would be diagnosed on Friday, kept with parts shipped over the weekend, and fixed/completed on Monday. This seemed fine to me. I dropped off the vehicle that Friday morning and after not hearing anything by mid-afternoon I texted the Service Advisor who said the vehicle was still waiting to be diagnosed and probably won't be figured out until Monday. I checked the Ford Pass App and it appeared that the vehicle hadn't been started since I left it at 9am. He then said

Not so much Varsity but the salesman. Not that there is anything wrong with the dealership but I have been getting cars from Eric B. for 16 years, he used to work at a dealership 2 miles from my house but I chose to follow him out to Varsity. He has always been the most easy going, easy to work with, gets back to you promptly and is never irritated no matter how may question you have. I will continue to go see him as long as I am buying new cars!!

While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, their customer service was awesome. Tom Eady was so helpful and knowledgeable about the cars that I was inquiring about. He even stayed past closing to help answer any questions. I would highly recommend reaching out to Tom if you are in the market for a car. He's friendly and honest.

I needed a repair done on my camera and was really not looking forward to having to lug a 15 month old in with me to sit and wait. Amanda was amazing, not only did she come and get my car for the camera repair she also scheduled my oil change and had it completed for me. The service and employees here are amazing, I've never had such great experiences with a car dealership. This is our second vehicle bought here and if you are looking I would highly recommend Amanda to help!!

We are ready to buy a car and have pretty much settled on the 2020 Ford Escape. After searching online and finding a perfect candidate at Varsity Ford, I promptly set up a test drive for Saturday at 12:30pm (made appt. on Wednesday). The great internet service manager (Kelly Manley) called immediately to verify and to let me know that the car was in transit; she said she would confirm by text once she new the car would arrive in time -- she texted later that afternoon to confirm my appointment with Darrin Hinkley for Saturday. I also called the dealership prior to our visit to make sure COVID safety

Purchased a new Escape at Varsity Ford. Joe Stanford was very courteous and knowledgeable. I hate going to car dealerships, but they took the pain out of the process. Bought a F150 Raptor there, great dealer, fair pricing. Best part was picking up the car itself, paperwork was done super fast and their sales person did not try to sell me additional things I do not need or want like a lot of other dealers do.

Ouch! Imagine how perplexed we were when the rear window on our 2003 Ford Excursion broke while we were out of town on a ski trip. The piston that held up the rear window was nearly out of gas. Now add super-cold temperatures. The window fell hard when my hubby let go. Glass crumblies were falling like snow. Oh, how were we going to fix this?
We were able to tape some plastic over the gaping wound so that we could get in one more day of skiing and then return home. On Monday, we contacted Varsity Ford and they fixed the window before the end of the week. Good as new. Whew!
