My client went there and spoke with Tony. He was rude , made my client feel like our business was not important! We run a essential business & thu there tuff times customer Service should be at its best! He did not take care of my clients needs and concerns. My client was given a card and told he was gonna be called. Never was called! My client called and emailed and still no response! We have a 25k project that we wanted metro sign to work on and now looking for other companies.

I love this place! they respond very promptly and get the job done in a timely manner. All the staff is courteous and professional. I will definitely be using them again.

These guys are very unprofessional. They will take your money, make you pay for permits they own and then add on labor after initial payment has already been made. Dont trust them and take your money elsewhere other wise you're going to pay an arm and a leg for a sign that doesnt work and they own. They threaten people for being honest on reviews and will turn your sign off as payback. Worse experience ever!

Purchased an LED message sign 6 months ago and we saw an immediate increase in our business. Customer service is great. I would recommend metro led to everyone. They beat everyone in price and service.

We run a Electrical business. Purchased some LED high bay lights this morning that were suppost to be dimmable. Got back to our job, ran power & installed both lights on dimmer switches. Lights were strobing. Contacted Metro LED to let them know the lights they sold us were faulty. They made it sound like the business we installed their light… fixtures at had a electrical issue. We demanded a refund & Mr. ALI, who is the owner refused to issue a check or cash. We then contacted the police & now have to wait up to 2 weeks to get a full refund back on our card. In the meantime

I've actually haven't used their services but others have, they couldn't stop raving about their services.

Five calls to arrange service for an 18 month old sign (our third service call since new). Do not recommend.

I called to get pricing for led tubes for my ice cream shop and we were amazed by the knowledge and insight the sale representative had. They told us what to look for regarding LED, what we needed and what we didn't. We purchased tubes that worked in our coolers and ceiling lights. We are extremely happy with our lights and the price was great.
