Top Kids Academy

I have 2 kids attending Top Kids. I have no complaints or concerns to this date. There is great communication, they are very considerate, pricing is very fair, my kids are happy, their teachers/staff are all sooo sweet, the facility is clean, playground is safe, they abide by protocols daily such as temp checks and the shoes are disinfected before walking in to the building. I love their check in and check out system. The list goes on!

I definitely feel that it is one of the best daycares in East Orlando, my children miss being there when they are not there, when they arrive they are happy to have arrived. The service is always friendly and professional. My children have learned a lot and I feel happy and calm that they are well cared for and cared for.

My son is blossoming in his new daycare after leaving Top Kids Academy. Like many daycares, they do not take 3yr olds that are not independently potty trained. My son is on the spectrum and loved his 2yr old class teacher but no matter how much she tried, no one can force a child who isn't ready to potty train. She did her best and he loved her. He was eventually moved to the 3s having multiple accidents a day or holding it until 4:30-5pm. There was 2 weeks where my work required me to stay later and I didn't pick him up till 5. In those 2 weeks whenever I arrived to pick him up, they would go

I have to say that the care they have for my granddaughter, they are very responsive with her. They taught her numbers, shape, colors. The staff is very professional. The academy has taken every procedure to kid my grandchild is making sure that she is safe from COVID

I have 2 boys who attend this daycare 4yrs old and 2yrs old. they both are always so very happy to be going and when i pick them up they are super excited. This tells me they are well taken care of. The staff is amazing with communicating and super kind. I would recommend this daycare to anyone.

I'd like to go into detail about the experience I've had with Top Kids Academy and their director Roselene.
I recently lost my job and inquired about different programs they had available as well as the advertised "free vpk". After roughly 8 emails back and forth Roselene so graciously offered me to bring my daughter from 8 to 3 for a reduced rate of $70 instead of the weekly 95 that covered from 630 to 630. We decided to keep her in the full program for the 95 a week prior to today's conversation, which absolutely takes the cake.
Today we were called asking to pick my daughter up for a fever

I had my child for 1 year in this place. My child learned a lot . Teachers were very nice . My issue was the director. My child is 2 years old now. Kids this age will have tantrums and will have a power struggle where they feel is uncomfortable. I went with the advise the director gave me and had the county come evaluate his behavior because apparently he threw a toy and it hit another child. Mind you this was the first time he does this. After a few days the county services did not find any evidence of irregular behavior . In fact they found he was too smart for his age and that he was just bored

Top Kids Academy is a fantastic place. My children love going each day. The director really shows that she’s passionate about what she does. All of our expectations were met above and beyond. I feel safe and secure with my children in their care. I really feel like my children are becoming “Top Kids”

Awesome Daycare!,
My Daughter love it here and I love everyone there; Miss Melissa is Awesome and Miss Leila too, never have a complaint about any teacher, they was all really sweet and very attentive to my One year old, sadly we have to relocate and move daycare, I recommend this place to anyone and especially now with the Covid situation- they are very clean and always take my daughter temperature before start a new day at the daycare. Also the communication with Miss Roselene the owner is Awesome.

As a mom of a child with special needs, it is always a struggle to find responsible people who can take care of them and specially when you are a working mom. Here at the academy, they took him in and they have been working with him in all type of activities. He is included in all of the school programs and activities and I can tell he really enjoys his school. Ms Leyla is very attentive and nice every morning she takes him in. Ms Elisa is very attentive as well. Also, his teachers and the rest of the personnel are awesome in communicating and assisting with payments and information. Thanks for
