I was impressed to find another location of my favorite high desert pharmacy here in twenty nine as I had only used the one in Yucca. I was even happier to run into the nicest and most efficient, accommodating employee Jessica at this location. I had missed seeing her in Yucca so it was cool to find her at this location and now that I've moved back to the high desert I'll be coming here because it's great to know someone cares and never makes mistakes. She's an asset and I feel blessed to find a place that takes care of all of me and my families medication needs. NUMBER ONE

I'm altering my review. I ended up changing pharmacies. I was there 2/18. I went in. A man was there talking to a tech, holding a disposable mask in his hand. He wasn't holding a prescription, just chatting. He left. I asked why he didn't need a mask, the tech just shrugged. I switched to Vons. New pharmacy called yesterday, the 23rd to ask why I left, I told the person, she contradicticted me instead of telling me that she'd look into it. Its easy to see who was working when I was there. They had 2 people there and they text me when my meds were ready. This is a pharmacy

I don't get all the awards for this place. Most recent experience was a refill placed on line. A choice of pick up times was given. I had doctor appointments & other errands & figured I'd be on my way home by 1030. Delays put me there at 1130; prescription not ready. So, with frozen food in car I had to wait. Wasn't long but this isn't the only time Rx wasn't ready. I'm new to this area & have picked at least 4 prescriptions; the other 3 were faxed over by doctor. None of them were ready when I went to pick them up. As well, while waiting, many others were told same thing when arriving to pick

I moved to Joshua Tree a few months ago and I had to transfer some of my prescriptions over from LA. The pharmacy has been very helpful and have made it easy. They have certainly made the transition process hassle free. I had a bad experience at Star pharmacy in Joshua Tree and the national chains are very impersonal. New pharmacy has excellent staff and are always available to answer your questions. They also have a delivery service that makes it convenient when you need it. Keep up the good work! Best pharmacy in the high desert.

This place has always been very helpful & determined to accomplish any tough task thru their pharmacy world of policies & DEA tactics, prior auth; or just plain old busy days lots of business they still keep great customer service however loaded with calls orders for meds & long lines they have! #GreatBusinessMentality

Some staff here have smart mouths and don't give good customer service. They are very comfortable causing havoc to customers they don't like.( not filling all prescriptions prescribed and longer waits then needed).You don't have to like someone to do your job. They have no integrity. Some staff are VERY unprofessional and rather have side conversations than assisting. I guess their pregnancy is an excuse for them doing bare minimal . So unprofessional , Very cocky and always has a chip on their shoulder. Yucca Valley New Pharmacy is 110x better. The staff is excellent and do a great

New Pharmacy 2 reminds me very strongly of the old-fashioned neighborhood pharmacy. Other reviews have noted that there is only a short wait for prescriptions to be filled. That's true but almost irrevelant--a little while ago my surgeon prescribed an anti-inflammatory for me to take for the two days before surgery. Neither Rite-Aid nor New Pharmacy had it in stock. Rite-Aid told me that they would try to order it, and MIGHT receive it on the day of the scheduled surgery. When I told the pharmacist about the scheduled surgery he immediately telephoned the surgeon to get a substitute, and provided

I decided to try this pharmacy since the rx i get from my daughter is so hard to get. Ive delt with Walgreens for years and was tired of tge 4 day wait plus the attitude they would give (mind you ive used different Walgreens with same result). As soon as i walked in i was greeded with a smile, the staff is amazing, offering free delivery, best of all.. They told me wait time is 5 mins, medication was ready in less! I will be returning! Thank you new pharmacy!

This pharmacy used to be fantastic. Quick visits, accurate information, a well oiled machine.
One of their pharmacists left and everything is now horrible. Long waits, long lines, poor customer management, forgetting to return calls. I will provide examples of service quality:
I was once told to take a seat and given a 5 minute estimate. I was sitting for 55 minutes without being told my script was ready, I had to ask twice. the second time I asked it had already been prepared, but no one had informed me.
The worst offense was when I went on vacation and needed a forgotten script refilled. The

They are great! Sean was very helpful! The Doctor sent my meds to the wrong place and Sean called and got it transferred for me, plus their prices are a lot better than Rite Aid. It was half the cost of what Rite Aid chargers me. Also within 10 minuets of them calling to Get my meds transferred they were ready for me to pick me up, rite aid always tells me to come back in 2 or more hours. Thank You New Pharmacy!

Called. Sean, Kristin and Mahir basically have them together without me even having to contact them. Everyone there is always helpful and very courteous. I have been going to them since they opened and will stay with them as long as they are there. A huge thank you for all their help!!
