Insomnia, or difficulty sleeping, is one of the most common complaints I hear every day. Patients typically report having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both. It is important to discuss this with your doctor to determine if a medical condition may be contributing to your symptoms.
Poor sleep is detrimental to both mental and physical health and can increase risk for high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, diabetes, depression, and obesity. You can often improve your sleep by engaging in good "sleep hygiene" practices: keep sleep and wake times consistent, even on weekends, turn off electronics 1-2 hours prior to bed, keep your bedroom cool and dark, and limit bedroom activities to only sleep and sex.

The Nursing staff is unreliable and cannot be trusted got blood work done and they failed to call me about my results waited over a week and then I called was told my blood work was ok, And there was nothing to worry about. Except that i got a copy of the results myself from the lab. The blood work was not ok but they tried to lie and brush me off saying it was.
Also was ordered to have a MRI done and when i tried to get it schedule my insurance denied it because there was not enough information regarding my case I called and told the Nurse and she said she gave them all the information. After

I cannot convey how outstanding this Dr. and her entire staff are. There is virtually no wait, Dr. Brown is thorough and LISTENS, her staff is also extremely thorough with answering questions and calling back if they do not answer (which is rare during business hours) and they as a whole, have the best practice that I have ever been to or even heard of. I can say without a doubt that I miss the excellent care they provided and wish all the staff moved with me out of state! And Frosty (emotional support dog) too!

I went to her for 8 years, I had good insurance. I lost my job and had to get a Medicaid card temporarily until I found a new job. So she would no longer see me! I went to my last appointment so I could get refills on my medicines that I desperately needed. She would not even see me even though I ask if I could pay cash, but they could take my money to pick up my medical records.

If you're looking for a personal care physician who REALLY LISTENS to what you tell them before they start prescribing a solution, then look no further because Dr. Brown is the best I've come across in my 56+ years on the planet. I've had more than 10 PCP's in my lifetime so I think you might find some validity in what I think. See for yourself.
