Since June of 2019, the health-conscious in the Howard-Suamico area have discovered Roots Chiropractic. To empower families to take control of their health by natural means and contribute to a healthier community. Dr. Brian Huisheere uses hands on full spine adjusting. Or he can use a small hand instrument. A light, quick thrust will coax wayward spinal vertebrae into better alignment. Based on those who have been to other chiropractors, his adjustments are on the gentle side of things. This is especially true when he helps newborns overcome colic or infants with chronic ear infections.

When my parents took me to the chiropractor at age 12, neither one had been to a chiropractor themselves. Chiropractic was a last resort to resolve my allergies, asthma and sinus infections. And it did. I shadowed chiropractors who had dedicated their practice to helping new mothers and children. That, and our own personal journey with Juliette, inspired me to want to help others.

Working with Dr. Brian has been a game changer! I first met him when I brought my 2 year old nephew to be adjusted. Come to find out— he does adults too!!! I was SO excited. My first visit was SO easy. A few scans, a little chit chat, and a quick adjustment. The next time, he went through my scans with me and came up with a 12-week survival plan for me. I felt GREAT even after the first two adjustments. Little did I know it would just keep getting better! I have had back pain for many years. My pain became unbearable and I needed to do something about it. I have gone through physical therapy without success, tired of taking anti-inflammatory medications, and massages only worked for a few days. I decided to try Roots Chiropractor and I am so happy I did! Dr. Brian Huisheere has done amazing work on my back pain. I have been regularly going since January 2021. I have had tremendous results. I started seeing Dr. Brian during my third trimester to address some back pain I was experiencing. After a few adjustments, I felt some great relief and haven’t had any issues since! I initially went in to assess the damage of a weekend middle-back-tweak that left me in a decent amount of pain and unable to turn to either side of my body. Immediately upon entering the building, Dr. Brian is ready to give you a friendly hello and listen to what’s going on. He explained the scan process and walked through what they offer at Roots. After just one adjustment I could feel the difference in my upper back and neck, a release of tension and tightness. Over the last few weeks, my lower back pain isn’t really noticeable and I’m excited to continue feeling the release of upper body

Brian is not only an exceptional chiropractor but a kind and compassionate person. He is very passionate about what he does and takes his time listening to exactly what is bothering you at each appointment, I have never felt rushed. He has amazing thermal scanners that show the areas of your body that need the most attention so the correct treatment plan can be created just for you. He also specializes in pregnancy related adjustments helping women feel comfortable during their pregnancy’s, keeping their spine in alignment so their body can adjust to a growing baby. He is wonderful with children
