Services
We have something for everyone - From a short-term stay to our long term Custom Leasing Program. 2 Bedrooms 1.5 bath two story townhouses - Units starting at $695 a month with a $400 deposit. Tenant pays water, electric, and sewer. We pay trash. We love to give full deposits back! Deposits are refundable upon move out if the terms of the lease are fulfilled, and there are no damages.

My husband and I rented a house from box pointe. I have three children. We complained about A/C and heat never working. They’d send out I believe David and he’d tell me it was fixed but no results. I remember having to double up on socks for my children ( two 5 year olds and one 2 year old) and in the summer it was the opposite. Finally after complaining too much to the neighbors next door who WORKED for box pointe they actually sent someone out to look at it and the man had told me it had not been wired correctly!!! A summer and two winters. Now second issue was the fridge. We had to use a

I lived in the Classic Townhomes for about month and a half and must say the maintenance is great, we had a leak behind the toilet downstairs and after I called, the maintenance guy showed up 10 min later. The appliances were good too in the kitchen, I was actually impressed with the dishwasher. Carpets were good, not smelly or dingy.
On the bad side: ANT INVASION. We had them coming to the kitchen counters and cabinets and living room everywhere non stop. It got to the point where I just ignored them.. maintenance did come and spray outside but that didn't do much. I think there's too many holes

We lived in the apartment for years! The landlords are always so nice and are usually really quick to fix anything you need. If you have a problem with neighbors they are really good at getting the issue fixed in a professional and kind way. And my favorite part was that even on the weekends late at night they were easy to get in contact with if you have a problem. We love Box Properties.

My fiancé and I lived at the Webb City apartments for more than 5 years and absolutely loved it! The management team were always friendly to us and helped us out whenever we needed something done. I 100% recommend anyone looking at moving in to an apartment to come check these out, especially with the very reasonable monthly rent.
