Stay away from this place! The claims examiner, Dan, turned to be physically abusive as I was personally examining my insurance quote. The company stands is not to allow any person dealing with Hartford insurance, not to personally review the quote (note: this NOT Hartford policy). Sounds like this company is padding their estimate? In any case, no police report was filed. I just wanted to get out of there, as I was alone. I did let Hartford Insurance know of the physically altercation, and most likely they will be cutting ties with Precision Auto.

When you call unable to speak with anyone goes straight to voicemail. Got a estimate with them a few weeks ago and car insurance improved estimate tried calling them to setup when to bring my car in to get fixed still haven't been able to speak with a live person only phone tag with someone named Dan. Called them back the 3rd time and left a voicemail noone called me back, communication and costumer service is not their strong suit. I will call the car insurance company to see if I can use another autobody shop I do not trust taking my car here if this is how they treat me.

Super great experience overall! I was late dropping my car off and they were still able to get the work done on time. My car was in AMAZING condition when I picked it up, they went above and beyond to make her look good! Super comforting to know they take great care in what they do. Definitely recommend their service.

They don't stand behind their work. After my insurance chose them to fix some damage to car door, the wind now howls loudly through that door. Took it back to complain and they couldn't find a reason why. They also left the handle a lot tighter and harder to open. I doubt they even looked inside. So I guess I'm just supposed to accept inferior work. Don't let them touch your car. Find someone who cares about customer satisfaction.
