Absolutely LOVE fabricio and crystal.
Our first problem was wasps in our house and they took care of them right away. A few weeks later we noticed termites and called them back. They always call 20 minutes before they arrive, always perfectly on time, so friendly, and actually care. We will be using them for all our pest control needs and will recommend them to anyone who needs them.

We had a great experience and highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs. We had a minor (but persistent) pest problem that off the shelf options were just not fixing, but Your Neighborhood Pest Control took care of it right away. Fabricio made sensible recommendations and he was right. We look forward to seeing them again when it is time.

Called 2 years ago when we found out a possum was living in our crawl space. Fabricio showed up and in a couple of days had trapped the uninvited house guest. He then took steps to ensure that both our crawl space and attic could not be penetrated by any future intruders. A month ago Fabricio returned when we discovered a skunk had burrowed under our driveway and removed him at no charge! Highly recommend Fabricio, you will not be disappointed.
