We work to provide services in a child's most natural setting including homes, daycares, schools and our three office locations.
Our therapists are specially trained in the field of Pediatric Therapy. We incorporate play into therapy sessions and are trained to be more sensitive to the emotional, psychological, and physical needs of children. Our therapists are all state licensed and stay current with new techniques and therapy modalities through teamwork and continuing education.

What my son has done so far with OT has been good. They did a speech assessment and then have taken forever to return calls and get him in a slot. The receptionist here is terrible. Never returned several voicemails. I don't have contact for his therapists yet the voicemail says to contact your child's therapist. This is a great concept to have all therapies in one place but very poor execution. The lack of receptionist is killing this place. There's no continuity of care, poor communication, and delay between assessment and getting in with a therapist. They can't offer him everything he needs

After reading the reviews it seems like I’m not the first to complain about the receptionist! She was rude and hateful. Every time you call it goes straight to voicemail and 2 weeks I waited for a call back from her to reschedule and she never did! When I called today I was told my daughters spot was filled. So even though I called to cancel and reschedule I wasn’t able to. When I ask for her supervisor she said well good. I do feel if she doesn’t like her job maybe she should quit! Also one receptionist for two facilities? Maybe they need to hire another!

I am sad that I have to leave a negative review because my kids have actually benefited from the services offered at talkback, however I have one big issue with them. They have a very strict attendance policy, so strict that parents feel obligated to bring their sick children. This place is a breeding ground for sickness. In the short time that my kids have gone there we, as a family, have gotten the flu, pneumonia twice, 3 sinus infections, bronchitis, and now hand, foot and mouth. Usually hfm is mild in Children, which it has been, but it really sucks in adults. They need to really reevaluate

We Love the services of Talkback, Inc. The office staff are both, friendly and courteous, knowlegable and concise, when it comes to the special needs of the children they take in. I have to give a special review for Ms. Sheleena our sons OT. She has been the BEST and FOREMOST influence on his skills and adaptability in helping with him, and us, in these formative years. If EARLY INTERVENTION is the key... Ms. Sheleena is the Keychain!

It's ok. My son has been going here for over a year. He is epileptic, and he had a seizure that caused him to regress. The lady that sets up front is hardly a receptionist. Shes usually not at her desk, and when she is, she doesnt say hi when you walk in. My son has been in speech, and ive not seen any improvements in the year hes been there. Im going to pull him next month if it doesnt change, because I feel like its a huge waste of time. His therapist is a very nice lady. He only gets thirty minutes a week. I feel like if he were to get an hour a week he would improve tremendously, but when I

We had a horrible experience bringing our child here. The facility itself is okay, not too nice- could use a facelift. However, some of the therapist are unprofessional and can become argumentative, especially if you have a disagreement. They will cancel appointments often and not make up missed time. We've been bringing our child for months and has had no improvement. We pulled our child. Will not be back. And would not recommend to anyone.
