Thanks for visiting Mountain Habitat! This site is the home base for Dina Sanchez who specializes in Breckenridge Colorado Real Estate. Dina is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker and is a 25 year Colorado resident, and has lived in Breckenridge for over 20 years. Breckenridge is probably the most well known mountain town in Summit County, but there are many other towns and neighborhoods worthy of consideration.
There is a lot of history in this area, with arrowheads and campfire rings dating back 7,000 years just to the west on Vail Pass. This area was first inhabited by the Utes as a summer hunting ground. That all changed when word got out that gold was found. Now, we have a bustling epicenter of adventure and outdoor recreation in a community built around mountain culture, sport and lifestyle.
The family-friendly and world-famous Breckenridge Ski Resort is at the heart of this Victorian styled ski town. Rich in mining history, this town has been preserved as one the largest historical districts in Colorado. In fact, the largest chunk of gold ever discovered here, and was called "Tom's Baby" after the cautious miner carried around his newfound wealth like a baby.
Besides Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain is the only other big ski resort that is not operated by Vail Resorts. The independent nature of Copper allows for unique marketing and messaging and describes how the terrain is also world-class and is one of the first resorts to usually open in Colorado. Copper Mountain is located just west from Frisco on I-70.

We did a lot of research and reviewed a lot of homes together; we even made several offers along the way. I was not willing to overpay for a home, so it's been challenging for us as the market has been crazy and people are willing to pay seemingly anything to buy a home. Dina remained patient with me and continued to show me homes during that long period until we found the home that exceeded

I had an incredible experience with Dina and her team. I work with agents on a daily basis and she far exceeded my expectations. Dina’s great work ethic and excellent communication are important assets when looking for an agent. I could not recommend her more highly.
