Prompt service and a good job trimming two small trees (thinning and raising their canopies). But my experience was boosted by the way they responded when a "Zelle" payment went awry. This business went out of their way to allow me time to resolve things with my bank before issuing payment via old fashioned personal check. My trees, and my bank account, thank you!

I called them and scheduled an appointment. I called the company 1 hour before the appointment, and the attendant said she has sent me a message canceling it. No message was sent! and the attendant even haven't taken notes of the appointment and she was confused which address. I insisted a lot to talk to them, to reconfirm the visit because I needed to drive 20 min to reach the house. It is not a professional company.

Owner Marybelle was rude. I was disappointed in the lack of trimming for my tree. Pictures below. Was told it would be a 4 hour job and they were done in 1 hour. Would not trim further without a higher charge. Asked about that, owner would not budge. Followed up and expressed concerns and she ignored my concerns. Overcharged for the little time spent and little amount cut. I will not be using JJ for future tree trimming, amd do not recommend.

We had some hackberry trees impinging our property line fencing and some stumps in our yard which needed removal. We were referred to these folks by a friend. John came by and checked the trees and what would need to be done, then quoted a very reasonable price. Within one or two days from giving him the okay they had the job scheduled and once started were done same day. They have MY vote for best job!!
