Highly recommend "Roman Doors". The tech, "Tim", that came to our house today was very informative and professional. Very comforting during this crazy epic time we live in to know that there are still people and businesses who really care! Easy to get an appointment to service our garage doors and deliver the much needed exorcism of a very moody door opener. Overall, very pleased with service. The opener provided was a little more expensive than I hoped to pay, but price included installation and door service. Thanks again Roman Doors!

Tim from Roman Garage was very helpful and finished the job very quickly. He didn't try to up sell me on anything and just took care of what was needed. He was very professional throughout the service and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend Roman Garage to friends and family. I am very picky about who I let do work for me as it is very hard to find good high quality work in this town and Roman garage met all my requirements. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I hope and pray that their work is better than their professionalism in the office. they set. the date last week to get a garage door to put in and said they would get back to me to let me know what time they would be here. still waiting. they close in 2 minutes and I've been trying to reach them for 20 minutes.

Bought a single car garage door which ended up with three problems. First the installer did not have the right materials and used 2x4s I had in garage and cut them up to make the install "work". Second, the installer used folder scraps of cardboard to allow bolting of the track. Third, the opener track was installed incorrectly where it rubbed against the roof of the ceiling. For every issue, Botta's had an excuse, and took zero responsibility. They even insisted my concerns were questions not really issues.
