I sold some jewelry here today. I think what they offered was fair, but Emily should never be in customer service. She is so rude. She acted so put out that I did not want to leave my jewelry with them while I decided what I wanted to sell. She said I would be causing them more work and they would probably be too busy to help me when I came back. 🙄 She was even more rude when I came back. Kelly was very nice, but it only takes one to ruin your experience. I reluctantly went ahead and sold them 2 pieces because of what they offered me and took the rest elsewhere, but will not be having them do

A very helpful and friendly store. They made matching wedding rings for my husband and I and when they didn't fit after making them, they immediately fixed them. I also went in to have a necklace repaired and they did it very quickly and with great friendliness. I will definitely go to them for any jewelry that I want to purchase or any help with my existing jewelry.

I went in there to sell a gold rope chain. I know it was worth almost $700. I bought that chain many years ago for my husband from a very good friend who owns a jewelry store in San Antonio. I knew it was 14 karat gold yet they told me it was only 10 karat and they offered me less than $200. There was another gal in there that had a beautiful 18K gold chain they took it in the back and came back and said no ma’am it’s only 14 karat gold. I’m not sure why they had to be untruthful but they lied to both of us. I will never step foot in that door again.

I can not say enough great things about Ernesto's Jewelry. When you arrive you are greeted with a smile & such good information from the employee helping you. After shopping with my fiancé for my engagement ring I knew we had made the right choice. My coworker referred us and since then I stop by to get my ring cleaned and check out other beautiful pieces they have to offer. I would like to mention they have awesome customer service through their social media accounts. They respond quickly and sometimes do fun give always. I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Ernesto's almost 20 years ago, and we recently asked if they could upgrade the ring and add a couple of wedding bands with some additional diamonds. Suzanne at Ernesto's helped us through the whole process and did a fabulous job with the design and getting it implemented. This is such a fantastic shop! If you're shopping around for engagement rings (or really anything!), the selection they have here is huge and varied. The staff here, especially Jade, is so sweet and helpful. Jade never rushed me and my fiancé trying on wedding rings, even though they were approaching closing time. She was very knowledgeable about the ring he eventually chose, making sure we knew how to take care of it and how to expect that type of metal to behave through the years. We felt so confident in buying the ring right there because he was able to try on SO many different styles

My husband had to have his ring cut off because he got stung by a bee and the finger was swelling. It was Saturday afternoon so I figured we'd have to go to the ER but then I thought let me give ernesto's jewelry a call. Yes they would cut it off..! So away we went. Recently I did some business here at Ernesto's Jewelry Factory after being recommended to try it out and I was pretty disappointed. I had taken in a David Yurman Classic Cable Cuff Bracelet with Amethyst stones, 14k gold and sterling silver that I wanted to sell to them. On the actual David Yurman website, the bracelet is priced at $775. Now I wasn't planning on getting that exact price for the bracelet by any means, but I was at least hoping to get maybe $275-$400 for it. I had gone all around San Marcos trying to find a place to buy my bracelet for a fair price, but wasn't having

I worked with Stephen, who's genuinely friendly and knowledgable service helped the search for an engagement ring a lot!! He ultimately helped me design and custom build a ring, since I wanted sapphires on either side of the diamond.
I searched around a lots of other places during this process, and am very happy that I chose Ernesto's! The service is what made the difference. I cannot speak highly enough of their entire process, and particularly of Stephen's patient help!

We enjoyed the meal even when we had to take it to go unexpectedly! Ernesto greeted us graciously and waited on us personally. The salsa was delicious and the margarita was very good too. I ordered the ceviche and it was good but not nearly as good as the fried oysters. Good God those are good! Avocado soup? I think it was, was also unique/tasty.
As for our takeout entrees? I'd say they prob would have been better in the restaurant and not in styrofoam for 30+ min. Next time we will prob just find a sitter :-)

Top notch jeweler--very professional staff who attends to your every need. Recently, bought a Pandora charm and I was impressed with the store. It was clean, guarded by a real cop, and for the holiday season, they have a table set up with a punch bowl, gourmet cookies, Chardonnay wine, Starbucks coffee, and mixed nuts. Very nice!
