Brooks Malone is a world class pool contractor. Our experience with Brooks Malone was exceptional in every way. I did quite a bit of research as we were deciding on the type of pool and the contractor we would choose to do the installation and chose Brooks Malone. The entire BM team is very professional and focused on the customer and customer's ultimate satisfaction with BM. They did a good job on installing a water line for us. However 3 1/2 years after the install we realized that during the install they dug up our gutter drains. When I contacted them about this issue they said we don't fix anything after that length of time. It took us that long to figure out where the water in our yard was coming from. We had to hire a drainage specialist to come in to identify it. They do good work but I would suggest checking behind in every step of the way. We will not be using them ever again- they were all about getting the work but not standing behind it.
