Great company, great equipment, amazing customer service. Timely and safe drivers! Can't say enough good things about Echo AFC!

On a 12 hour bus trip with 3 busses, ac went out on 1 bus and we all had to cram into the others the others, made the experience not fun and unenjoyable, would not recommend or ever hire again, other than that bus drivers were nice, shout out to Larry the bus driver.

I worked at echo for few months and they were very very accommodating and reasonable with all drivers . Highly professional HR and payroll staff. The dispatchers are amazing people doing amazing work. Field supervisors are great to work with and they do step up to the plate when matters call for. It’s definitely a great company to work for with tremendous high volume of work for all the drivers.

The bus ride over there was even more adventurous .... bus driver who was late, didn’t know directions , two near accidents on the way.... thought I could sleep and relax by being a passenger and not have to drive .... but I ended up being the navigator 😳😁. Glad we all made it safely.

This is a great place to work. They have first class service new buses and the best pricing in the market.

I went on a school field trip and the bus broke down. Turns out they did not check the bus for any malfunctions before driving it to my school. I had to wait 3 hours for a new bus to come. I’m disappointed

I am EXTREMELY disappointed of the buses that were sent for my son's 16 hour band trip. The delivered buses were not the Echo Buses we paid for. We got 2 different colored buses from 2 different companies. The buses were substandard compared to the Echo Buses we have traveled on previously. Have these buses even been inspected? Are the drivers certified to drive the charter buses? Should I be concerned if a driver is yawning before leaving at 3:21pm? No wifi on bus for a trip of this length is unsatisfactory. Some seats had tape on them. There were no enclosed overhead storage bins. One or more

Worst bus trip ever! WIFI wasn't as promised, seats uncomfortable, ride bouncy, air conditioning had to be turned off in order to use the microphone. It gets worse. After spending the night in Memphis, TN, we were on our way towards Nashville. We ended up in Mississippi. Wrong direction! On the bus for 15 hours that day! After leaving our hotel for excursions, our driver decided to go out the entrance instead of the exit. We bottomed out. Everyone had to get off the bus. 3 police cars, one wrecker and over an hour later, we were on our way. The last day, everyone was on the bus ready

The drivers we had when I went to Florida was amazing however the buses were not. On the bus I was on there was massive water leakage coming through the buttons where you press to hear the movie, have lights. Sound for the movie worked very little. Maybe every other one to maybe ever 4 or 5 rows works.
The seats were very comfortable however

This review is not to Echo transportation but to the man who lets the retirees work o the old airplanes. My dad is 86 and he is one of them....and it keeps him alive. He worked there 40 years and has worked on the restoration program nearly 20. I worked there 25 until "wonderful" Triumph said were shuttin this place down, takin ya $47 an hour and opening shop in Red Oak,Texas for $10 an hour. America the Beautiful.......or Country of Capitalist Pigs.....its truly sad.

I do not reccomend this bus. The seats ard very itchy and uncomfortable. I had very had a very HORRIBLE experience with this bus; i started breaking out in severe hives and they were uncurable. If i could sue them i would.

We just wanted to say how excellent our driver, Mary Thompson was today, 3.29.17, for our trip from Fort Worth to Austin,Tx and back.
She was very punctual, courteous, and a very safe driver.

We will want to request her for our next trip!

Horrible drivers. Seriously. Teach them what turn signals are. Look up Bad Drivers of Plano #12 for an example caught on film. Also, on Chase Oaks Blvd in Plano, the right lane with the "Right Lane Must Turn Right" sign means that the right lane must turn right. I have ALMOST BEEN HIT MULTIPLE TIMES by an Echo Transportation labeled white bus that can't seem to get this concept, or blinkers, into their head. You know you have a problem when I can remember the name of your company from being in close calls with your idiot drivers.

Bus didn't show up to a wedding.

UPDATE: Echo handled the situation and reimbursed us for our troubles.

We ordered (and paid for) two large black luxury buses for a wedding. Only one showed up. Half of the guests were left waiting outside in the heat for over 45 minutes while they shuffled around the one bus. Wedding started late.

Four days have gone by now and Echo has yet to return my phone calls to resolve the problem.

Timeliness and accuracy are two major things you should look for in a transportation company and Echo has neither.

I had the pleasure of working with Echo this past weekend. The bus was beautiful and the driver Ken Watkins was extremely accommodating! He was a terrific driver and made the experience very pleasurable! Thank you Echo and Ken Watkins!!

We contracted with Echo six months in advance of my daughter's wedding for three nights of transportation. Instead of Echo buses they provided subcontracted buses that were not to the standard portrayed on the website. The bus to pick up the groomsmen was 45 minutes late. We contracted to have three buses to/from the hotel with one of the buses making a round trip.That bus made one trip and made no round trip leaving guests stranded at the rural venue--no hotels, etc. Eventually the third bus took the extra guests but not without an argument. I respected the safety issue but what were

Pros:
VERY comfortable ride
Plenty of personal and storage space (In a marching band so storage is a MUST for us)
Very friendly drivers
Cons:
Cant really think of any that directly affect GGT them selves.

Our family has used them for travel to and from West Fort Worth to DFW.
My husband and I recently used them to get the wedding party from the hotel to the venue and back.
