Our highly-trained staff has over 20 years of combined experience in the mental health field to help guide you through your counseling experience. Our goal is to deliver excellent service by providing a safe environment along with the support you need.
At Cedar Valley Counseling Services, we understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to mental health. Each need is unique to that person, relationship, family or group. Our goal is to provide the knowledge, skills, education and, most importantly, the support you need. Utilizing the support and structure of professional counseling can help you cope during difficult times.
You may be responsible for all or part of your session payment, even if you have insurance. We are unable to tell you your specific coverage, co-pay or deductible until it is already processed through insurance at which time you will be responsible for the full fee.
Some plans require an authorization for specialty services prior to your first appointment, please call your insurance company prior to making your first appointment to obtain this authorization, especially if your insurance provider is not listed above.Our providers and services are not covered by Medicare but will utilize a reduced sliding scale fee for individuals on Medicare seeking services.

Denied premarital counseling at this agency simply because I had to reschedule twice due to unexpected school and work conflicts. Treated very rudely over the phone when trying to reschedule and extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional attitude of this agency, specifically Stacy, the licensed counselor we were working with. Never been treated with this level of unprofessional behavior by any counselor or agency or denied treatment because of full time work and classes.
