We worked with Karl Sommers and he went above and beyond to help us with the challenge we were facing. We just had a call with him today about a change that was happening in our contract that was a possibility from when we originally signed a year ago and he had already written it in so we had no changes to make. We are so grateful for his help and protection in writing up our 1st contract. Many times those things are left open to make more money and he crossed every t and dotted every i. He's quick to respond, protects his clients, a rare pearl.

Grrrrrrr! I just hate to post a negative review. BUT Karl Sommer deserves to be chastised, at the very least. Not only for NOT doing a specific piece of work which he promised to have completed by a specific date & time (which very likely cost my small non-profit our early lease success)....BUT because he was never, after several phone and email requests, man enough - or lawyer enough - to reach out to me and either explain or just apologize.
You cannot represent me, Karl Sommer. Papa would be humiliated and take you behind the shed.
