We have been working with Signature Management Professionals for about 7 months now and we would absolutely recommend them. We had a terrible experience with another Property Management person and moved to Signature and its been night and day. The team is extremely responsive and they understand the business and provide value for investors like ourselves to be able to scale. We have 4 properties under their management and will add more as we grow our business in the region.

Signature Property Professionals have literally saved me from going insane. While searching for a property management company I read a great review on SPP and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Michelle VonNieda and immediately felt comfortable sharing my experiences with her as she understood my struggles in managing our own properties. Shortly after, I spoke to Robert LaGrassa and I immediately knew we would be a good fit.

You do not want to work with this company! My tenants never got a response. When I asked them to check into the issues all I got was a response that I was interfering with their business. I was never treated like an owner. Blame was given out to everyone else and excuses were always made. I waited 4 months for a door to be fixed and when I finally ended our agreement, I contracted with someone in 2 weeks. There were multiple instances where my tenants felt threatened by the management here and I even had a lawsuit threatened against me!

I changed my last comment as you stated you were going to do something, but you never did. So here is some more updates: NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Still dirty property, noisy tenants, 'high traffic property', illegal activity going on, recently cited for "noise ordinance" because they were partying at 3am!; please look into it! It's all public information! Do something!

Unprofessional they way they handle things!! No notice before entering my home!!! No email was sent or text message about them being here!!! Being woken up to people opening my bedroom door saying " Showning" and "Maintenance" but no email about a showing and i DID NOT ask for maintenance!!! They violated my privacy and also broke the law!! There was no emergency for them to come into my home. I have 2 children and with everything going on with this pandemic they bring a 3rd party into my home and now say I'm in the wrong for the way I handled things... I called the cops because of the I was woken

What can I say about Rob Lagrassa of Signature Property Professionals? He's not only a wonderful human being, but has an extreme abundance of knowledge, patience and understanding. I really tested it, but he rose to the challenge.
