Have had the services of Team 24 from this org for 3 yrs now. I have utmost praise for the dedication and ability of the nurses who were attending to me during my surgeries and recuperation. They were all courteous and completely able to take care of my wounds and answer questions I had. If they felt something was wrong they were in immediate contact with the surgeons office for clarification. My recovery was of great importance to them. I was given a time frame when they would see me, and they were always within 30 minutes of that time frame depending on the distance they were travelling from

AGAIN THIS HAPPENS!!!!!! OMG! REALLY!!!!!
If this wasn't the people insurance approved for my sister to use, WE WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM!!! Again we were not on there schedule for our WOUND NURSE to be here ( and my sister has been stuck on a wet to dry for over 50 hrs as her wound vac malfunctioned), when talking again, with the supervisor Elaine, told " well a nurse called off today"..
I am so sick of hearing excuses as to why they are not doing their jobs effciently, and professionally and having more RESPECT for their patients well being....because this is why they have a job...

This Homecare is the worst!! They call the night before to schedule and if you can't accommodate them, they say you're non compliant!! My fiancé had a wound on his shoulder. The didn't send a wound care nurse, just a nurse. She treated his wound and ended up breaking open his skin on his tailbone!!! We also had a male nurse show up drunk! Twice! They did nothing! Pt and ot are not what you expect either, unless you want to just get stretched! Their scheduling is a joke! Professionalism stinks! Would never recommend this company!

This home care is a joke. You can't get supplies ordered, you can't get the same nurse. During the COVID19 pandemic, when you're supposed to limit contact with people, they want to send 10 different nurses to your house, most of them from nowhere near the area you live in, you can't get wound care to come. It's a total joke. Find a different home health service.

This Home nursing is the worse. They don’t set up appts they call you night before which if you have a Dr appt they make you feel it’s your fault? I was suppose to have a nurse tomorrow on 23 sept no one called and if they call in Am I’m having a dr appt at 1 pm. This is totally unacceptable no other co does this to patients and you don’t get same nurse each time either. But not to give you Appt date each month and call night before if they call and it’s always excuses too! I don’t like this I need a 1x amonth port is nurse to flush my port or else can get infected. They also Never
