This requirement applies to all types of signs, including free standing, wall-mounted, and marquee signs. In most cases, any "electrified" signs will require both a sign and an electrical permit.

I ordered a vinyl banner from Peterson Sign Company. They were professional, friendly, prompt in responding to all emails and calls, and the banner was exactly what I ordered.
They were also able to rush my order. I submitted my order and artwork on a Tuesday afternoon, received a proof on Wednesday, and after approval, picked up the finished product on Friday afternoon.
They are located on the makai end of Mapunapuna Street near Napa. Ample, free parking in front of store.
