They are very responsive and personable. They are very accommodating to the customer's preferences. They have a great 3yr warranty on vehicles they sell. They have onsite vehicle repair technicians. I definitely recommend them. I had my own financing and auto insurance, so I am unable to provide a review on that aspect of the auto sales operation.

Pierce was great! He worked with my budget and even helped me find reasonable insurance for my car! The lot had the same lot fees as the other lots in the area but customer service and quality of vehicles (being used) was way better here than all the places I visited before! I 10/10 recommend going here for a car if you are looking and make sure to ask for Pierce! He's literally the best!

Me and my partner were looking for another car because we had a child on the way and we found one sticker price was around 8 grand final Total was close to 17. Taxes and fees are not that much. We later find out that the window doesn't work. I called up the and asked if they would fix it they said they would. I decided to not go up there and I'll deal with it myself. I work on cars for a living and things like that are a easy fix. When I had the time to do it I started taking the door panel off after running some basic diagnostics and figured it was the actuator. Do not go here. This place is only after your money and does not care about your business. Imagine the crook car dealers you see in 80s and 90s movies and this is exactly what these people are. Plus their selection of cars is like they went to the wrong side of town and just picked out the worst looking vehicles. If I look outside in my drive way I'll see better quality vehicles.

In all honestly this place deserves 0 stars, but Pierce and his wife are lovely people, so I'll give them a 1. Recently, my boyfriend bought a car from this place and everything was fine as along as it was through Pierce. Eventually, he started coming into contact with the owner and he was very rude and unkind. He did not communicate effectively or efficiently. It was very important to have great customer service when I am spending money with a person, especially as much as buying a new car. I just don't understand why he had such a bad attitude every time. I searched for cars I wanted that met three main criteria. I found one at this shop online. I reviewed everything and gave them a call at line 4:20pm. I got a call back from Alex at about 4:24. He left a voicemail, so I called back at 4:29.
I asked specifically about the car I wanted and how long they would be open. I even mentioned how far away I was. I was told the car was still available and he asked if I wanted to test drive it. I said yes.
I drive an 1.33 hours in Nashville traffic to hear the conversation of that car being sold that morning. MORNING. I then state that
