I stood outside the hotel, waiting for the limousine. Fifteen minutes after the hour, I called the service. I realized I made a grave mistake. In the confusion of rearranging travel plans, I never changed the limousine reservation from September 5 to September 4. My mistake. My huge mistake. As I spoke with Jim, he graciously told me he would get me to the airport. Sit tight, he said, and a car will pick me up. Ten minutes later, he called me back and told me all of his cars were out servicing other customers. He was coming to get me with his white pickup truck. I smiled.Â

Ultimately, I had to cancel the reservation I made with this company. I think it's important to note that when I needed a service like this, I immediately selected this company because I knew of their long-standing reputation in Jacksonville. I made the reservation a couple of weeks in advance, but ultimately the party that we were transporting I had a medical issue and was unable to make the trip. Cancellation was easy, and drama-free. Had it been completed, I know that it would have been handled professionally just like the reservation call was (Thanks, Jim!). We look forward to doing business

Back in March, My husband and I recently traveled to stay at the Omni Amelia Island and we used Dana's Limousine black car service from the Jacksonville Airport. This was the first time I used a car service and I highly recommend this company. They had great prices, wonderful chauffeurs, and they picked us up in beautiful new Lexus car. Dana's has outstanding customer service and wonderful drivers. Any experience I've had with them has always been top notch! Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Right now they are doing everything possible to keep their customers and drivers safe. There are shields in the cars, the driver wears a mask and the cars couldn't be any cleaner! Dana's is the best and I highly recommend them to everyone I know who needs their services!
