Just bought a 2019 dodge caravan GT flex. Went in and talked to Jesse Gomez about my trade in vehicle and he showed me a similar vehicle I was looking into getting and he was so friendly and very willing to help me stay within my budget and also give me a great deal on the van itself and the warranty. I purchased a BRZ from Crater Lake Ford. JT the Salesman that help me through the entire process was so help and made this super stressful purchase as easy as possible. I would gladly buy another car from JT! They were even so patient to hold the vehicle in the showroom until my transporter was able to pick it up. I cannot emphasize how easy they made the whole process.

I am beyond happy with my Ford Raptor and the service that I received from the team at Crater Lake Ford. I was an out of state buyer and traveled 8 hours to the dealership to purchase a Raptor they just received, that had not been through inspection yet.
At first they told me they couldn't get it available for purchase for a few days, and I was bummed because it meant I had to go back home in the car I came with. However the sales managers and my salesman Myles went above and beyond to make sure the truck went through inspection even though they were short-staffed in the service department.

Our Salesman Tom was very personable, professional and was very informative about the vehicle we were interested in.
