If you're looking for a realtor and a team that's going to have your back in the house purchasing process, I highly recommend working with David Delgado and the team! Terrible experience and service. My wife and I have exceptional credit and solid income. After passing the scrutiny of the background we felt like these people must take great care of their homes. No way!! Upon moving in--- broken window, dirty carpets, cupboard doors loose and hanging, half the light bulbs burnt out, wires hanging from ceiling where prior tenants removed lights, one bathroom ballast needed to be replaced, tree down in front yard, garage door not working, bathroom faucet not working, flooring coming up, and I am probably missing a few things!!! They have their own handyman

Terrible service and poor response from Fred and his office. After being told I was the first applicant on a rental house, I was told the house had been rented. I am still trying to get my $40 credit check fee refunded because it had not been run ( even though I was first ). The office said they would look into sending me a check but that was 3 weeks ago. Nothing since; I highly recommend avoiding this company.

The Fred Delgado team are more then just a Real Estate company, but a Real Estate Concierge. My years as a landlord were completely worry free thanks to the Delgado team who handled absolutely everything. You literally forget you have a rental until the rent check hits. When it came to selling my property it was sold seamlessly in 3 days and again they took care of everything from a comprehensive listing package to providing quotes and organizing contractors to fix any issues.

I wasn't going to do a review until Fred sent an Email to review the team. SORRY FRED. I was referred to Fred's team by a family friend. I lived out of state so I didn't know of any other realtors. I called Fred he referred me to one of his workers since they work in a team. He paired me up with a women who was very very impatient. The home I purchased appraised for way less then what seller was asking, so instead of asking me if I wanted to keep looking or if I wanted to over pay she went over and beyond working with the seller to make sure I over paid for the home. Absolutely disheartening! I've been trying to relocate to Arizona. Today is April 19, 2018. Since March 28, 2018, NO ONE FROM THIS OFFICE HAS RESPONDED to my online requests to view properties through them. Also, NO ONE FROM THIS OFFICE HAS RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS. Smh, I guess they don't need the business.

Oh no...do not let this team and his people near your property. We were selling our house last year and my goodness did these people help me rake the tenants over! These property managers really know how to rip people off! I joined Ted and his team of crackpots to basically steal their money. Ted will tell you one thing and then do another...he will spin your words, and will do whatever it takes to line his pockets. May he be judged by a higher being doing mobster work here on earth. You have been warned. Do not sign anything Ted writes up. He's no good in my opinion.
