This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Jordan Toyota was easy to work with. It is really nice not having to haggle over prices and being able to just focus on the car you want. I would recommend Jordan to anyone buying a car. Hands down the best buying experience we have had. The sells staff was great to work with especially Eric, Andrew, and, Kara. After dealing with 2 other dealerships in the area with less then satisfactory results, I went to Jordan Ford based off some recommendations from friends. I wish I would have started at Jordan in the first place! From the moment I walk on the lot to driving off with my new car, I was treated with respect. I worked with Julie on the used lot and she was amazing!! The transparency was great with my trade in and the contract for my new car. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I highly recommend Jordan Toyota, everyone is very professional!! I recommend Vanessa she handled everything for us and took great care of us!! Kevin was excellent and handled everything with the money side of things, it was all very efficient and seamless. My experience at Jordan Toyota was excellent. I had a wonderful Sales Rep., Daniel Stacker. He is so down to earth and made me feel comfortable immediately. No pressure whatsoever and extremely patient and helpful. He explained every step of the process clearly and was patient and thorough in answering my questions. The finance officer, Kevin Bailey, was equally professional, efficient and patient. It was an overall extremely smooth and pleasant experience and I’m so glad to have given them my business. Took my 2017 Toyota to the repair part of this shop. Worst customer service ever from Stacey. Claimed my extended warranty I purchased when buying this vehicle covered absolutely nothing in terms of what was wrong with it due to them being classified as "wearable parts." Just talked in circles and wouldn't give any straightforward answers and said they sprayed something on the belt and it should be good for some time. Made the same noise as soon as I left the shop. Went down to the Toyota in Elkhart and it was night and day. They covered the belt, the pulley, and the broken mirror

Horrible sales person never followed up on a friend's paperwork when called several times just voicemail and no return call ever went the dealership today the Salesperson Dawn said she sent the email about paperwork on checking emails there were one from her 5 minutes ago but nothing before hand so take it from me do yourself a favor and never ever purchase anything from Jordan Toyota !!!! My experience buying a car usually consists of a long wait and pushy sales staff. That was not the case at Jordan Toyota. Shawndel Gordon was a great sales rep and Socrates Gray was the best finance manager. I was in and out of there in record time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. After an awful and stressful experience at another dealership, we were in dire need of a vehicle. We saw on the Jordan Toyota's website a couple of cars that we were interested in. I got my first new car from Jordan Toyota right out of college and then switched over to Jordan Ford (also great) for a few years. There isn't a better dealership around. The service is top notch and they pamper their customers while waiting for things like oil changes in their very relaxing lounge. The salesman are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, and most importantly are willing to go the extra mile to get you in the car you want to drive. My wife bought her 2014 Toyota RAV4 LE from this dealer and they serviced it for over 5 years. She recently paid the vehicle off - and then the ac condenser goes out. Things happen. We ordered an air conditioner part with Jordan. They also quoted us a fair price to buy the car or trade in just to give us options.
Meanwhile, before we could get to that dealer, the car breaks down - we take to another Toyota dealer that was closer and they say it's the transmission that went out. They quote us a price. Meanwhile, a week and half later they still have our car - and called my wife saying
