This place is slow.Plan to be here 5-6 hours.I ask forklift driver how long more and how many more rolls, he seid he don’t now.I ask him can you go home by u self, he respond he don’t now.My second question was do you no anything, he was confused.So funny people and slow.Good luck guys with this pickup place.

Don't know why all the bad reviews...theses peoples are by appointment only! Very nice people's I can see why cause really there is not much room for all of these trucks to get in a door we need all that room to back in...plus got put into a door right away...my appointment was at 2pm arrived at 1:30 ...quick loading...15 minutes. Awesome 👍😏

All that runs through my head is Country Club. The culture manufacturing, HR, and leaders have built will never lead to a great place.
Although some will love a workplace with a country club culture it will not work for high performers. Pendergrass management takes pride in keeping things going the way they always have, promoting on time served and not merit. VP's and most management are only ones left after high performers leave, pay is about 5-15 years behind the times. Benefits are expensive.
HR reports to manufacturing management, who know nothing and care nothing about HR, continuous development
